Hummus Dressing

Great For Your Summer Salads!

Hummus Dressing:

5 Tablespoons raw tahini

juice of 1/2 a large lemon

1 clove finely minced garlic

1 cup fresh, chopped parsley

1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh, chopped cilantro (depending on your taste)

1 large red bell pepper, seeds removed

a pinch of cumin and sea salt, (optional)

Blend ingredients in a high powered blender, other blender or food processor

until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste. Transfer to a small pitcher,

and pour over the salad as desired.

Serves 2
